Miss Chief Charters
Miss Chief Charters offers private fishing charters with a maximum of 6 passengers. This means a total of 6 passengers may board the vessel, regardless of whether they are fishing or age. Pricing is for the entire charter, NOT per person. Included in the price is fishing licenses, equipment, bait, tackle, fuel, ice and filleting your catch. A credit card deposit is required to hold reservation. Remainder of trip fee may be paid after charter via cash or credit card. Tipping the crew is customary. 20% is complimentary for good service. We provide bottled water and a small refrigerator for your use. Feel free to bring a cooler with any food or drink you like.
We suggest wearing light, SPF type clothing that will protect from the sun. Sunscreen, hats and polarized sunglasses are also highly suggested. Also we recommend sneakers or closed toed shoes for safety and traction. Flip flops are discouraged, but allowed.
Seasickness can ruin an otherwise fun day on the water. If you are prone to sea sickness or are unsure if you are affected, we suggest asking your physician for a anti-motion sickness patch. Over the counter remedies have widely varying effectiveness. Charters returning to dock early upon client request will be billed for the full charter amount booked. No exceptions.
Charter cancellation policy: Miss Chief Charters requires a minimum 3 day cancellation notice. Charters cancelled inside of 72 hours or no-showed will forfeit the deposit booked on card given for reservation. Charters cancelled due to weather will refund 100% of the deposit, however the Captain will make that determination on the morning of the charter.
We strive to show every guest an amazing experience and make every effort to accommodate any disability or special need. If you require any assistance, please note it in the online booking notes section.
We look forward to fishing with you and wish you tight lines!
Capt. Dan Matthews
